• Pre-contractual/contractual management of budget requests and provision of care services for the elderly and children (basis: pre-contractual measures/execution of contract).

• Marketing with Google/Meta pixels (basis: consent for marketing cookies).

• Inquiries: up to 12 months.
• Potential clients/clients: during the relationship and the applicable legal periods.
• Analytics/marketing: according to the validity of the accepted cookies.
• Blocking: data blocked for the time essential in the event of possible liabilities.

5. Recipients and processors

We may share data with providers that provide services to sweetcares.org (hosting, email, analytics, marketing tools) under data processing agreements. We do not sell data.

International transfers: with Google and Meta they may occur outside the EEA. They are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and, where appropriate, supplementary measures.

6. Rights of users

You can exercise access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability and withdraw consent. You can also complain to the AEPD (aepd.es).

How to exercise them: write to info@sweetcares.org indicating “RGPD – Exercise of rights” and attach an identification document.

7. Mandatory nature of the data

The fields marked as mandatory in the forms are necessary to process your request. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to respond adequately.

8. Minors

The site is not aimed at minors acting on their own in contracting processes. Requests must be made by adults or legal representatives.

9. Changes to the policy

We may modify this policy to adapt it to regulatory changes or changes in our services. We will publish the updated version on this same page.
